दुःखोपघाते शारीरे मानसे चाप्युपस्थिते ।
यस्मिन्न शक्यते कर्तुं यत्नस्तं नानुचिंतयेत् ॥
duHkho apaghAte shArIre mAnase cha api upasthite ।
yasminna shakyate kartum yatnastam nAnu chintayet ॥
When there is some grief to the mind or any wound to the body that we cannot do anything about – one must just stop thinking about it. That is best way to deal with the unsolvable problem.
